The starting point
Kist Digital work used to bounce between search tabs, audit tools, a CRM, proposal docs, and an inbox. I built one private office where the whole lead-to-outreach workflow is visible and every part has a clear owner.
What I built
Thirteen Claude-powered agents share the work. Scout finds businesses through Google Places and Apollo. Compass and Architect audit performance, SEO, security, and code. Mercury drafts personalized outreach, while Vault, Pixel, Palette, Quill, Shield, Bridge, Counsel, and Captain handle pricing, design, content, QA, relationships, compliance, and orchestration. The React and TypeScript interface streams live activity from a Node and Express API backed by SQLite.
Where it landed
The agents can prepare the work, but they cannot send on their own. Proposals move through a review screen with audit evidence, lead score, pricing, and decision notes. Outreach only goes through Resend after I approve it. The app is private, protected with JWT authentication, and deployed on DigitalOcean behind Nginx.
