The starting point
Little Railway is a model railway workshop in your browser. Start with an empty landscape or a saved layout, connect the tracks, add buildings and scenery, and send trains through the world you create.
What I built
I built the workshop with React, TypeScript, and Three.js, with custom Blender models and a library of tracks, bridges, buildings, scenery, and vehicles. The Design Lab generates and compares layouts, while the editor supports selection, duplication, undo, and terrain changes.
Current state
Play here or open the full workshop in a new tab. Layouts autosave to a shared online library, with saved versions and JSON export. This is an evolving, playable development build.
